The apartment has about 45 m2​, and it is in the ground floor of the house. In the apartment you will find:

• the kitchen with a cooker, an electric oven, a big fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a coffee machine;

• the living room with a sofa bed, a table and the chairs, a television;

• the bathroom with a sink, a shower, a toilet and a bidet;

• the bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe

• the closet with a washing machine

Small animals are accepted.

In the apartment you will always find at your disposal towels, sheets, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, washing machine detergent, dishwashing liquid, tableware, pans, coffee capsules, tea, oil, vinegar, sugar and other essentials.

The house has also a sweet garden, where you will relax after a long day.
