Moments of peace between Karst and the sea
Once people of Karst were rarely called by name and surname, but they were called by name and family name, a kind of the old Roman gens, like the gens Julia, gens Fabia etc. And is from this that stems the name Matijevi, as a gens Matijeva.

The house was completely renovated in 2018, when it opened its doors to the guests for the first time.
It became a piece of modernity in an ancient village. Also the house itself is a mix of different styles: the rustic style of the exterior of the building flows into the urban style of the interior.
Matijevi apartments are therefore a place where our guests will feel at home.
